Support for micro and small enterprises in the most disadvantaged regions - GINOP Plusz-1.2.4-24 - Date: June 27, 2025.

The aim of this Call is to strengthen the development of micro and small enterprises , their role in the economy, and their market position, to reduce regional disparities, to promote regional convergence, and to strengthen the local economy.

Scope of applications:

For micro and small enterprises that

  • have at least 1 closed (reporting), full (365-day) business year ,

  • Their annual average statistical staff size is 1 person ,

  • companies using single or double entry accounting ,

  • are not subject to KATA

  • It operates in the 4 most disadvantaged regions of Hungary (Northern Hungary, Northern Great Plain, Southern Great Plain, Southern Transdanubia) and/or in a settlement located in an area classified as a free enterprise zone (at a registered seat, site or branch office for at least 60 days).

According to business form code:

  • 113 Limited liability company

  • 114 Joint Stock Company

  • 116 Public company

  • 117 Savings company

  • 121 Social cooperative

  • 129 Other cooperatives

  • 226 Hungarian branch of a foreign company

  • 228 individual companies

  • 231 sole proprietors

Supported activities:

  • Purchasing new tools and machines, developing new technological systems and capacities

  • Real estate investment (construction, modernization, conversion, expansion)

  • Information technology development

  • Indirect costs of the professional implementation of the Project (flat rate)

 

The business is not eligible for support if:

  • It has already received support under the GINOP Plusz-1 priority.

  • for the following TEAOR activities: 01.11-09.90, 10.11-11.07, 12.00, 19.10-20, 24.10 and 30.11-12

 

The amount and extent of the support that can be applied for:

  • minimum 5,000,000 HUF, maximum 30,000,000 HUF non-refundable grant .

  • The grant amount is 50% of the total eligible costs .

  • An advance payment of up to 25% of the awarded grant amount, but up to a maximum of HUF 7.5 million, can also be requested.

Application deadline: 14.01.2025

Additional highlights:

  • The support is available as a small amount of “de minimis” support.

  • Maintenance obligation: 3 years
